Year End Recommendations: Books

Rereads, Audible

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

It is the most wonderful time of the year. Holidays, celebrations, gatherings and reflections.

This year I read/listened to roughly 40 books. A significant chunk of them are rereads since I was trying to catch up on old habit that got lost during the pandemic. I explored Audible like never book, loved listening to some of them which I read either physically or digitally.

Following are some of the favorite books I read/listened to during the year :

Non-Fiction:

  1. Sapiens by Yuval Noah Harari

  2. The Psychology of Money by Morgan Housel

  3. How Innovation works by Matt Ridley

  4. Walden by Henry David Thoreau

  5. Musings by Gudipati Venkata Chalam

Fiction:

  1. Verity by Coolleen Hoover

  2. Malice by Keigo Higashino

  3. A Rising Man by Abir Mukherjeee

  4. The Night Tiger by Yangsze Choo

  5. The Seven Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle by Stuart Turton

I cataloged some of the books I want to read in 2023: https://www.goodreads.com/review/list/159836245-sharath?shelf=to-read&view=covers. I am sure this list keeps growing through the year
